Softball Recap: Bell's Luck Changes for the Better on Tuesday

Bell came into Tuesday's game having lost six straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They won by a run and slipped past the Keller Central Chargers 6-5. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Blue Raiders have posted since March 22, 2024.

Kenslee Turner was excellent, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-2. That stolen base was her first of the season.

Bell's win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 4-9. As for Keller Central, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-10-1.

Coincidentally, Bell and Keller Central will both be playing Southlake Carroll the next time they take the field. Bell will head out to face Southlake Carroll at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while Keller Central will host them at 1:00 p.m. on Monday.
