It was a good run, but Snohomish unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-match winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Stanwood Spartans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Spartans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in September.

Snohomish's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Stanwood, they pushed their record up to 10-1-1 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Snohomish is set to face off against their familiar foe Everett at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Stanwood will square off against rival Jackson at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
