After a string of four wins, Snohomish's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Stanwood Spartans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Spartans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in September.
Heidi Chambers paced Snohomish's offense, picking up 19 kills. Chambers got some help from Maggie Cavanaugh and her 18 assists. Cavanaugh was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.
