Volleyball Recap: North Takes a Loss

North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Burncoat Patriots. If the Polar Bears were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Patriots when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

While North was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Burncoat's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-5, 25-11, 25-12.

North's record is now 2-12. As for Burncoat, their win bumped their record up to 13-3.

Coming up, North will welcome Tantasqua Regional at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Burncoat, they will venture away from home to take on Abby Kelley Foster at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bears will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Patriots surely won't give up without a fight.
