Desert View has gone 6-0 against Rio Rico recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Desert View Jaguars will be playing at home against the Rio Rico Hawks at 6:00 p.m. The timing is sure in Desert View's favor as the squad sits on four straight wins at home while Rio Rico has been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road.

Last Tuesday, Desert View beat Nogales 3-1.

Meanwhile, Rio Rico fought the good fight in their overtime game against Amphitheater on Wednesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 7-6.

Desert View has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 11-4-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 31 goals over those eight contests. As for Rio Rico, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-7-1.
