Soccer Recap: Lower Richland Takes a Loss

Lower Richland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 14-0 to the Hartsville Red Foxes.

Lower Richland's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Hartsville, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-1.

Looking ahead, Lower Richland will be playing at home against Sumter at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Lower Richland will be up against Sumter's rather soft defense (which has allowed 2.6 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Hartsville, they will venture away from home to take on Crestwood at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Hartsville is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 6.3 goals per game this season.
