Vienna piles up the points against Trico

Make it 11 blowout wins for the Vienna Eagles this season. They breezed by Trico at home to the tune of 88-45. Vienna's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

It was another big night for Owen Treat, who scored 22 points along with six assists and three steals. He is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last six games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Jacob Waters, who scored 17 points along with two steals.

Vienna is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season. As for Trico, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-14.

Vienna will head out on the road to take on Anna-Jonesboro at 7:45 p.m. on Saturday. As for Trico, they will be playing at home against Johnston City at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Johnston City knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past five matches -- so hopefully Trico likes a good challenge.
