Baseball Recap: Episcopal Takes a Loss

The home team had won the previous three meetings between Episcopal and Bullis, and Bullis kept the tradition alive. The Maroon fell 8-3 to the Bulldogs on Tuesday. If the Maroon were looking for revenge after losing 8-7 to the Bulldogs when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Finn Boyle made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-3.

Episcopal's loss dropped their record down to 2-7-1. As for Bullis, they moved to 2-3 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

While Episcopal had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
