On Monday Joel Mator struck out 12 batters over 5.2 innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. The performance marked the most strikeouts Mator has had since back in April of 2024. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his fourth in a row with less than one earned run. This season, he has an ERA of .81 over 8.7 innings pitched.
