Volleyball Recap: Jefferson Blue Jays vs. Grandview Eagles

Jefferson waltzed into their contest on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against the Grandview Eagles as they made off with a 3-0 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Blue Jays also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Jefferson took every set by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-14, 25-8.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Jefferson to victory, but perhaps none more so than Louise Duepner, who had eight digs and two aces. That's the most aces Duepner has posted since back in September.
