Rainier Beach is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They walked away with a 59-47 win over Garfield. The victory continues a trend for the Vikings in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won five in a row.

Meanwhile, Edmonds-Woodway faced Mt. Spokane in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. Edmonds-Woodway came out on top against Mt. Spokane by a score of 41-34. The 41-point effort marked the Warriors' lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Edmonds-Woodway pushed their record up to 26-2 with the win, which was their 15th straight on the road. As for Rainier Beach, their victory bumped their record up to 30-3.
