Great Oak waltzed into their matchup on Friday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They blew past the Temecula Valley Golden Bears 12-2. The Wolfpack might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine contests by six runs or more this season.

Great Oak's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-7-1. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 8.6 runs. As for Temecula Valley, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 13 of their last 15 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-14 record this season.

Great Oak will square off against San Marcos at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. Temecula Valley will be paying especially close attention to the Wolfpack's match: after the Wolfpack face off against the Knights, they'll take on Temecula Valley again at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
