Franklin won the last time they faced North Henderson and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Franklin Panthers came out on top against the North Henderson Knights by a score of 57-49. Given the Panthers' advantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 154th, while the Knights are ranked 313th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Franklin found their leader in sophomore William Rauers, who went 5-for-12 to rack up 22 points and three steals. Noah Brannon was another key player, putting up nine points.

Franklin has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 15 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-4 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.7 points over those games. North Henderson's loss dropped their record down to 15-11.

Franklin wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 58-42 defeat against East Henderson on the 20th. North Henderson does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
