Gibson Southern never let their opponents score on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Princeton Tigers 56-0. The result was nothing new for the Titans, who have now won six games by 23 points or more so far this season.

Zach Foster continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, throwing for 145 yards and three TDs while completing 75% of his passes.

Gibson Southern was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 252 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Princeton only rushed for 91.

On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Gibson Southern's defense and their three sacks. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess: Jaxon Kiefer, Brody Klem, and Noah Ott, who each picked up one sack apiece. Gibson Southern got some further help from Kiefer: he picked up a sack, forced one fumble, and made seven total tackles (2.0 for loss).

Gibson Southern's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-1. Those home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 42.2 points over those games. As for Princeton, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6.

Gibson Southern and Princeton are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. The Titans will venture away from home to take on Vincennes Lincoln at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Princeton, they will host Evansville Mater Dei at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
