Volleyball Recap: Placer Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Placer was the 3-0 winner over Colfax when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Hillmen fell 3-1 to the Falcons on Tuesday. Hillmen fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Falcons since Tuesday.

The final score came out to 25-22, 17-25, 25-21, 25-14.

Placer's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Colfax, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Placer will take on Bear River at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Bruins will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something the Hillmen surely won't give up without a fight. As for Colfax, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Twelve Bridges at 6:30 p.m.
