Football Recap: Dunellen Takes a Loss

Dunellen lost against Manville back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Destroyers were outmatched by the Mustangs and fell 62-7.

Manville had a senior duo take command as Isaiah Bennett rushed for 93 yards and three TDs and Josh D'Ambrosio rushed for 122 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only nine carries. D'Ambrosio's longest rush was for an impressive 61 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.

Dunellen's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Manville, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.

Dunellen has already played their next matchup, a 48-0 defeat against Dayton on the 17th. As for Manville, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 48-14 win against Highland Park on the 17th.
