Softball Recap: Camp Hill Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Camp Hill's offense. They came up short against the Middletown Blue Raiders on Tuesday, falling 11-0. The Lions haven't had much luck with the Blue Raiders recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Camp Hill's loss dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Middletown, they now have a winning record of 7-6.

Looking ahead, Camp Hill will welcome York Catholic at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday. The Fighting Irish have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 17.63 runs per game on average), something the Lions will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Middletown, they are taking a road trip to square off against Harrisburg at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday.
