Ray won against San Miguel on Thursday with five runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Thursday. The Ray Bearcats walked away with a 5-2 win over the Tombstone Yellow Jackets. The victory was nothing new for the Bearcats as they're now sitting on three straight.

The team relied heavily on James Ruiz, who went 1-for-2 with one triple and one run. Xavier Granillo also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

Ray's win bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Tombstone, they moved to 6-2-1 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Ray has already played their next match, an 8-7 victory against Bisbee on the 14th. As for Tombstone, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, an 8-0 win against Willcox on the 14th.
