Soccer Recap: Edwardsburg Comes Up Short

Edwardsburg and Berrien Springs pushed the score to 8-0 the last time they played Berrien Springs, but on Monday defenses reigned supreme. The Eddies fell just short of the Shamrocks by a score of 1-0. Edwardsburg were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Berrien Springs apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2023.

Edwardsburg's defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Berrien Springs, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-4-2.

Looking ahead, Edwardsburg will challenge St. Joseph at 4:30 p.m. on the 21st. Berrien Springs has already played their next game (against Buchanan), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
