Basketball Recap: Oakwood Falls Short of Greenon in the Playoffs

Oakwood and Greenon squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Oakwood had to settle for second. They took a 56-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Greenon Knights. The Lumberjacks just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Oakwood's defeat dropped their record down to 14-9. As for Greenon, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 16-8.

Oakwood does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Greenon, they will square off against Archbishop McNicholas at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
