Smithtown East took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Copiague Eagles with a sharp 17-3 win. The Bulls haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

Copiague is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Copiague didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 12-0 defeat against North Babylon on the 9th. Hopefully Smithtown East payed attention to the Eagles' contest: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Eagles at 5:00 p.m. on the 25th.
