Softball Recap: CHASE Comes Up Short

If CHASE was riding high fresh off their 13-0 takedown of Southwestern on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Trojans came up short against the Archbishop Hoban Knights on Wednesday, falling 13-3.

CHASE's defeat dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Archbishop Hoban, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-1.

Looking ahead, CHASE will be playing at home against Hibriten at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Archbishop Hoban, they will be taking part in a tournament against Greenbrier Christian Academy at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Knights are facing the Gators at the right time seeing as the Gators are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
