Soccer Game Preview: Winters Mill vs. Randallstown

The Winters Mill Falcons are taking a road trip to face off against the Randallstown Rams at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Friday, Winters Mill didn't have quite enough to beat Century and fell 3-2. The defeat continues a trend for Winters Mill in their meetings with Century: they've now lost four in a row.

Meanwhile, Randallstown fought the good fight in their overtime match against Patapsco on Monday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Patriots by a score of 2-1.

Randallstown's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Winters Mill, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-2-2.

Winters Mill took their win against Randallstown in their previous matchup back in September of 2024 by a conclusive 8-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Falcons since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
