Basketball Game Preview: Cardinal O'Hara Hawks vs. The Park School of Buffalo Pioneers

Cardinal O'Hara hasn't had much luck against The Park School of Buffalo recently, but that could start to change on Saturday. The Cardinal O'Hara Hawks will host The Park School of Buffalo Pioneers at 12:00 p.m. Cardinal O'Hara is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 53.9 points per game this season.

Cardinal O'Hara is headed into Saturday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fifth straight game on Monday. They fell 81-70 to The Park School of Buffalo. One positive for the Hawks, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

The match pitted two dominant forwards against one another in Mickel Ivey and Elijah Greene. Greene had a great game and went 6 for 12 on his way to 15 points in addition to seven boards and three steals. Meanwhile, Ivey did his best for the losing side, putting up 13 points.

The Park School of Buffalo's win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-6 and their overall record up to 7-7. As for Cardinal O'Hara, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-10.
