Football Recap: Kennedy Fighting Irish vs. Woodbridge Warriors
Kennedy got themselves on the board against Woodbridge on Friday, but Woodbridge never followed suit. They breezed past the Warriors to the tune of 37-0. The Fighting Irish pushed the score to 27-0 by the end of the third, a deficit the Warriors had little chance of recovering from.
Kennedy got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Rocco Street out in front who picked up 59 receiving yards and one score, and also punched in one rushing score. Another signal caller making a difference was Derek Almazan, who threw for 192 yards and a pair of TDs.
