The Easton Warriors will challenge the St. Michaels Saints at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Easton is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9.1 runs per game this season.

On Thursday, Easton needed a bit of extra time to put away Colonel Richardson. They were the clear victors by a 9-3 margin over the Colonels. The result was nothing new for the Warriors, who have now won five games by six runs or more so far this season.

The team relied heavily on Dylan Cassell, who went 2-for-5 with one home run and four RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Chase Raab, who scored a run and stole two bases while going 2-for-5.

Meanwhile, St. Michaels unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Thursday. They fell just short of Kent Island by a score of 5-4. The match marked the Saints' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

St. Michaels saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brock Grow, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

St. Michaels' loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 7-2. As for Easton, their victory bumped their record up to 6-3.
