Volleyball Recap: Pescadero Makes It Seven in a Row at Home

Pescadero barely beat The Kehillah School the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Vikings blew past the Rams 3-0 on Thursday. The Vikings not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since September 5th (when they won 3-0).

Pescadero was especially dominant in the first set. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-21, 25-19.

Perla Hernandez was the offensive standout of the contest as she had 13 digs and two aces. That's the most digs she has posted over her last three games.

Pescadero's victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-3. As for The Kehillah School, their defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 2-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Pescadero will take on rival San Francisco Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, The Kehillah School is set to face off against their familiar foe KIPP Esperanza at 3:45 p.m. on Monday.
