Baseball Recap: Ambassador Christian School Takes a Loss

Ambassador Christian School was the 6-5 winner over Liberty Preparatory Christian Academy when they last played one another back in March, but their luck changed this time around. The Lions fell 4-1 to the Patriots on Thursday. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Marek Romano made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole two bases while going 1-for-3. Roman Degnan was another key player, going 2-for-4 with three RBI.

Ambassador Christian School's loss dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Liberty Preparatory Christian Academy, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ambassador Christian School will square off against North Hills Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Liberty Preparatory Christian Academy, they will challenge SouthLake Christian Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
