Basketball Game Preview: Roeper Roughriders vs. Plymouth Christian Academy Eagles

Roeper is 0-6 against Plymouth Christian Academy since January of 2015 but things could change on Friday. The Roeper Roughriders will head out to face off against the Plymouth Christian Academy Eagles at 7:00 p.m.

Roeper is headed into Friday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their sixth straight game on Wednesday. They took a 51-38 hit to the loss column at the hands of Lutheran Northwest. While the Roughriders didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Crusaders 13-3 in the first quarter.

Meanwhile, Plymouth Christian Academy didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Gabriel Richard on Monday, but they still walked away with a 63-59 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

Plymouth Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 6-10. As for Roeper, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-9.

Roeper was taken down by Plymouth Christian Academy 70-35 when the teams last played on January 10th. Can Roeper avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
