Soccer Recap: Chugiak Gets the Win

After low-scoring totals in their previous three match, Chugiak brought some dynamite into their most recent matchup. They never let the Kenai Central Kardinals get on the board and left with a 4-0 victory on Friday. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for Chugiak's offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

They hit Kenai Central with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Elijah Lang, Alex Girbacea, Tamo Kumrey, and Nash Smedley.

The win got Chugiak back to even at 5-5-1. As for Kenai Central, their loss dropped their record down to 5-2.

Chugiak has already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Service on the 5th. As for Kenai Central, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 1-0 win against Grace Christian on the 2nd.
