Soccer Game Recap: Dawson vs. Pearland

After a string of three wins, the Dawson Eagles's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell just short of Pearland by a score of 3-2.

Miranda Devivar and Mikaela Bravo did their best for Dawson and scored both of Dawson's goals. The pair have combined for a total of three so far this season.

Dawson's defeat dropped their record down to 8-3-1. As for Pearland, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-1-3.

Dawson will head out on the road to square off against Shadow Creek at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Pearland, they will be playing at home against Alief Taylor at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Alief Taylor's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
