It's playoff time, and Josey had no trouble coming through when it counted. They managed a 42-36 win over the Butler Bulldogs on Friday. The victory was nothing new for the Eagles as they're now sitting on ten straight.

Josey's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Keasia Henderson, who posted 17 points and six assists. Henderson is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as she's posted one of at least 50% in the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Shaniya Sanders, who almost dropped a double-double with 12 points and nine boards.

Henderson wasn't the only one working in the assist department: Josey was working as a unit and finished the game with 12 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Butler only six assists.

Rania Curry and Paris Floyd certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Curry en route to 17 points in addition to seven rebounds and three steals, while Floyd had ten points and six boards.

Josey's victory was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 23-3. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 35.1 points. As for Butler, their loss dropped their record down to 19-7.

Coming up, Josey will take on Thomson at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Thomson is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 60.8 points per game this season. Butler does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
