Basketball Preview: Peabody-Burns Warriors vs. Canton-Galva Eagles
Peabody-Burns is 0-6 against the Eagles since February of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Peabody-Burns Warriors will look to defend their home court against the Canton-Galva Eagles at 7:00 p.m. Peabody-Burns is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak.
Peabody-Burns struggled with assists on Tuesday (the Heat had 13 more) and sadly the final score reflected it. Peabody-Burns had to suffer through a rough 61-20 loss at the hands of the Heat. Peabody-Burns was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 43-9.

Aiden Hurst posted five points each. Philpott also led the team in assists with three.

Meanwhile, Canton-Galva scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They took down Herington 87-70. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Peabody-Burns' loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Canton-Galva, their win bumped their record up to 6-7-1.
