Johnny Menefield Goes Supernova in Brady Victory
Starting off the list is Brady's Johnny Menefield, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Menefield rushed for 151 yards and three touchdowns on only 14 carries. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 141 rushing yards.
The win was the fifth in a row for Brady, bringing their record for this year to 6-1. Menefield and Brady will welcome Early at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Early was sadly handed a loss on Friday, but Cameron Love did his best to prevent it. Love turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 219 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 11.0 yards per carry. He showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 61 yards.
Early is on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6. Love and Early will venture away from home to face off against Brady at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Tolar Wins Sixth-Straight Thanks to Briton Rice
Briton Rice's big game helped extend Tolar's winning streak to six on Friday. Rice did his part (and then some), throwing for 233 yards and four touchdowns while completing 76.5% of his passes, and also punching in a touchdown on the ground for the 'W'.
Tolar pushed their record up to 6-1 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season. Rice and Tolar will square off against Clifton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

A Season-Best Effort from Sean Jacoby Leads Brady over Eastland
On Friday, Brady got the W thanks in part to Sean Jacoby playing the best football he has all season. Jacoby rushed for 92 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries, and also threw for 82 yards and two touchdowns, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
On the year, Jacoby has thrown 10 touchdowns while averaging 76.1 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he was only averaging 25.57 rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 41 rushing yards.

Kaeden Byrd Makes It Two for Early
Another Early player making an appearance on this list is Kaeden Byrd. He wasn't messing around on Friday, making 24 total tackles (1.0 for loss). The contest was his seventh straight with seven or more total tackles.
For the season, Byrd has averaged 15.7 total tackles per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season, he was only averaging 5.86 total tackles per game.
