West came tearing into Wednesday's game with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.7 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the East Aces 17-1. That looming 17-1 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Pioneers yet this season.

West's win bumped their record up to 8-5. As for East, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-9.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. West will challenge rival North on Monday. Meanwhile, East is set to take on their familiar foe Southeast on Tuesday.
