Baseball Recap: Chariho Triumphs

The third road match was the charm for Chariho, as they earned their first away victory of the season. They skirted past the Johnston Panthers 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Chargers have posted since May 4, 2024.

Christian Mancini was excellent, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 1-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Noah Holland, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one RBI.

Chariho's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Johnston, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
