Hernando Christian Academy took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Clearwater Central Catholic, who comes in off a win.

On Wednesday, Clearwater Central Catholic strolled past Admiral Farragut with points to spare, taking the game 67-51. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Marauders.

Meanwhile, Hernando Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 72-62 to Central.

Clearwater Central Catholic will have to keep a close watch on Caydon Williams and Cedric Jackson, Jr., a pair of players who had a big impact on Hernando Christian Academy's prior game. Williams went 7 of 10 en route to 18 points and four steals, while Jackson, Jr. posted 24 points. Jackson, Jr. continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Jaden Montzka, who put up 13 points and three steals.

Clearwater Central Catholic is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season.
