Harrison hasn't had much luck against Zionsville recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Harrison Raiders will be playing at home against the Zionsville Eagles at 7:30 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Having struggled with five losses in a row, Harrison turned things around against Lebanon on Saturday. They came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 45-37.

Harrison found their leader in sophomore Aleah Szymanski, who posted 14 points in addition to six boards and three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Szymanski has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Sadey Ringler, who had eight points and three blocks.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Zionsville). They enjoyed a cozy 73-57 win over Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory on Saturday. With that victory, the Eagles brought their scoring average up to 50.6 points per game.
Zionsville found their leader in sophomore Emma Tinder, who went 10 of 18 on her way to 30 points along with five boards and four steals. Tinder has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Mckenzie Chapman, who went 8 of 15 on her way to 19 points in addition to seven assists and five steals.
Zionsville was working as a unit and finished the game with 18 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in January of 2024.
Zionsville is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.5 points per game. As for Harrison, their win bumped their record up to 5-11.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Harrison has crashing the boards this season, having averaged 30.2 boards per game. However, it's not like Zionsville struggles in that department as they've been averaging 28.6 boards. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
