Providence Classical came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Houston Christian Mustangs.

Providence Classical was especially dominant in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 28-26, 25-13, 22-25, 25-21.

Providence Classical's win bumped their record up to 20-9-1. As for Houston Christian, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-15-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. After both having extra time off, Providence Classical and Alpha Omega Academy will shake off the rust and duke it out at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Houston Christian, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Kinkaid at 6:30 p.m. on the 21st.
