Baseball Recap: Muskegon Catholic Central Makes It Six in a Row on the Road

Muskegon Catholic Central won the last time they faced Potter's House Christian and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Crusaders were the clear victors by a 13-1 margin over the Pumas. The result was nothing new for the Crusaders, who have now won four contests by nine runs or more so far this season.

Muskegon Catholic Central pushed their record up to 5-2 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for Potter's House Christian, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-3 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Muskegon Catholic Central will venture away from home to face off against Hart at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Potter's House Christian, they will head out to challenge West Michigan Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The Patriots' pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so the Pumas' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
