Wabaunsee is 8-2 against Mission Valley since February of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Wabaunsee Chargers will be playing at home against the Mission Valley Vikings at 6:00 p.m. Mission Valley took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Wabaunsee, who comes in off a win.

Last Tuesday, Wabaunsee didn't have too much trouble with Council Grove as they won 42-27.

Meanwhile, Mission Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a 47-37 hit to the loss column at the hands of West Franklin.

Mission Valley now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Wabaunsee, they now have a winning record of 3-2-1.

Wabaunsee took their victory against Mission Valley in their previous meeting back in February of 2024 by a conclusive 47-22. Will Wabaunsee repeat their success, or does Mission Valley have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
