Volleyball Recap: Pacifica's Undefeated Season over After Four Games

Pacifica lost against Ventura back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Tritons lost 3-0 to the Cougars. The loss put an end to the Tritons' undefeated start to the season.

While Pacifica was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-19, 25-20.

Having lost for the first time this season, Pacifica fell to 3-1. As for Ventura, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-5.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Pacifica will challenge rival Dos Pueblos at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Ventura is set to square off against their familiar foe Santa Barbara at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
