POWAY, Calif. - the Titans scored 32 points in the second quarter to secure a big 48-7 victory over Westview (San Diego, Calif.) on Saturday.

Will James, a defensive touchdown, a punt return touchdown by Lindsey and a touchdown pass by Martell to Lindsey in the quarter.
After taking the lead on a Nate Ketteringham touchdown run in the first quarter, PHS was up 39-6 at the half.
The Titans expanded their lead to 40 points entering the fourth quarter. Poway's lone score in the quarter came on a
Lance Mudd touchdown run.
Westview's only touchdown came on a 13-yard run by Ketteringham in the first quarter.
PHS has had a tough season, allowing 36.6 points per game.
Last season's game between the teams resulted in a 31-0 win for the Titans.
The victory was a step in the right direction for Poway, which was coming off a 49-7 defeat at the hands of Ramona in its previous game. The victory ended Poway's three-game losing streak.
