Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Altamont). They were the clear victor by an 11-1 margin over the Holy Family Catholic Tornadoes on Tuesday. With the Knights ahead 10-1 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

The victory made it two in a row for Altamont and bumps their season record up to 3-7. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 21 goals over those two contests. As for Holy Family Catholic, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Altamont will square off against Gardendale at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Holy Family Catholic, they will take on Talladega at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
