Basketball Recap: Tigard Comes Up Short

Tigard lost against Oregon City back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Tigard Tigers had to suffer through a 52-21 loss at the hands of the Oregon City Pioneers. The contest marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Tigard dropped their record down to 4-10 with the defeat, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Oregon City, the win got them back to even at 7-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tigard will welcome Tualatin at 5:45 p.m. on January 24th. As for Oregon City, they will be playing at home against St. Mary's Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Oregon City is facing St. Mary's Academy at the right time seeing as St. Mary's Academy is stuck on an eight-game losing streak.
