Volleyball Recap: Metro Tech's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Monday

After flying high against Central last Wednesday, Metro Tech came back down to earth. The Knights fell 3-1 to the McClintock Chargers on Monday. The Knights' loss signaled the end of their seven-game winning streak.

Metro Tech's defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 10-1 and their overall record down to 16-4. As for McClintock, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 19-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Metro Tech will head out to square off against Maryvale at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for McClintock, they will venture away from home to take on Westwood at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
