Basketball Recap: Loudoun County Triumphs

Loudoun County lost to Rock Ridge back in January of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Loudoun County Captains snuck past the Rock Ridge Phoenix with a 42-38 win.

Loudoun County's victory bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Rock Ridge, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-10.

Loudoun County wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 54-39 win against Lightridge on the 25th. As for Rock Ridge, they will square off against Tuscarora at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Rock Ridge is facing Tuscarora at the right time seeing as Tuscarora is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
