Volleyball Recap: Chloe Stone's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Limon over Swink + How To Watch

Limon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Swink Lions. If the Badgers were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Lions when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

While Limon was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Swink's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-12, 25-17.

Limon lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Chloe Stone, who had 18 digs and two assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Braelyn Malcom, who had 21 assists and five digs.

Limon's defeat dropped their record down to 1-16. As for Swink, their win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-4.

Limon didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Byers on the 23rd. As for Swink, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Peyton on the 22nd.
