Volleyball Recap: Malakoff Comes Up Short

Fans were treated to a battle of the Tigers on Thursday. Malakoff fell 2-0 to Latexo. Malakoff has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Malakoff was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-22.

Malakoff's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Latexo, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Malakoff is on the road again on Friday to play Buffalo at 8:30 a.m. As for Latexo, they will be taking part in a tournament against Maypearl at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
