Softball Recap: Christ the King's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

Christ the King lost against Bishop Loughlin back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Royals lost 26-4 to the Lions. The loss put an end to the Royals' undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Christ the King fell to 2-1. As for Bishop Loughlin, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-2.

Looking ahead, Christ the King will head out to take on St. Saviour at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Bishop Loughlin will be paying especially close attention to the Royals' game: after the Royals face off against Holy Cross, they'll take on Bishop Loughlin again at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
